CSR Commitment

Mission-driven company

Independent AI and responsible digital practices, in service of sustainable transformation for European SMEs.

Junyr is published by Croissance et Transitions SAS, a French mission-driven company. Our social and environmental responsibility is not a marketing argument: it is a requirement built into our architecture, hosting and energy choices. This page details our concrete commitments: what is already in place, and what we commit to, with deadlines. The same commitment applies to both our brands: the Junyr software suite and the Croissance et Transitions advisory and training activity.

Our purpose

To put independent artificial intelligence at the service of sustainable transformation for European small and mid-sized businesses, keeping humans in charge of decisions, data in Europe and the environmental footprint under control.

Environment: responsible digital

We build a lean management suite, hosted in Europe and running on energy-efficient infrastructure for its AI workloads.

  • Web, application, databases, email and backups are hosted in France, at OVHcloud in Roubaix. That datacenter reports a PUE of 1.30 and a WUE of 0.29 L/kWh, on 100% renewable energy: audited indicators, published by OVHcloud for fiscal year 2025.
  • Our production server belongs to the OVHcloud Eco range, assembled from refurbished components at the Croix factory in northern France: motherboard, processor, memory, disk and power supply, 5 parts that get a second life instead of going to recycling.
  • Our artificial-intelligence workloads run on our own inference node, in the PACA region of southern France, powered by a photovoltaic installation with second-life battery storage, which also covers overnight processing, and passively cooled. No air conditioning.
  • Every client chooses where their AI runs, among 3 options: on our inference node, on their own server installed on their premises, or through the APIs of European providers.
  • Software eco-design: the code is optimized to reduce processor load and network traffic, and therefore energy consumption.
  • Zero printing. Quotes, invoices, contracts, signatures: the whole document chain stays electronic, end to end.
  • Sobriety by default: no advertising layer, no superfluous third-party trackers, a single suite instead of a dozen scattered tools.
  • We commit to measuring and publishing our Carbon Footprint (scopes 1, 2 and 3): see our dated commitments below.

Social: humans at the center

Our AI assists teams, it does not replace them. The decision stays human.

  • Human-in-the-loop: the AI prepares, the user approves in one click, and no sensitive action is executed without human control
  • Upskilling: in-house training and change management to make teams autonomous with AI (AI Act framework built in)
  • Qualiopi-certified training organization (July 2026), a recognized quality standard for training programs
  • Business travel by electric vehicle and by train, exclusively.
  • Accessibility: we commit to bringing our public interfaces into compliance with the RGAA / WCAG standard
  • French roots: design, hosting and employment in France

Governance, ethics & data

Privacy and responsible AI are verifiable architecture decisions, not promises.

  • Three confidentiality levels per company: Total (no AI processing of your content), Secured (sensitive data automatically masked before any AI call), Simple (standard cloud AI with European providers)
  • Independence by routing: connect your own AI server and your data never leaves your infrastructure
  • Native GDPR compliance, reachable DPO (dpo@junyr.app), processing registry and list of subprocessors available
  • Responsible AI: confidence score on every response, prompt-injection filter, anti-hallucination service, within the scope of the EU AI Act
  • Transparency: we publish our AI providers and where your data is processed depending on your confidentiality level

The product as a CSR lever

We apply to ourselves what we provide to our clients.

  • Junyr includes a full CSR module: carbon footprint tracking, CSR reports and certification management (ISO 14001, EcoVadis, Carbon Footprint), so our clients can drive their own approach
  • Croissance et Transitions uses this module for its own CSR tracking: we measure before we communicate
  • These certifications are frameworks tracked in the tool on behalf of our clients; they do not, in themselves, constitute certifications held by Junyr

Our dated commitments

CSR is measured by binding commitments, not intentions. Here are ours.

Frequently asked questions

Is Junyr a mission-driven company?

Yes. Junyr is published by Croissance et Transitions SAS, a French mission-driven company whose purpose is to put independent AI at the service of sustainable transformation for European SMEs.

Where is data hosted and where does the AI run?

The application, databases, email and backups are hosted in France, at OVHcloud in Roubaix. Our AI workloads run on our own inference node in the PACA region, powered by photovoltaic energy.

Does my data leave Europe?

It depends on your confidentiality level. In Total, no AI processing takes place; in Secured, sensitive data is masked before any AI call; and with a local AI server, your data never leaves your infrastructure.

Are your training programs certified?

Croissance et Transitions is a Qualiopi-certified training organization (July 2026), a recognized quality standard that enables funding of training programs.

How do you reduce your environmental impact?

We act on four levers. Our hosting is French and ran in 2025 on 100% renewable energy, in a datacenter with a PUE of 1.30, on a server whose motherboard, processor, memory, disk and power supply were refurbished. Our AI inference node is powered by photovoltaic energy and cooled without air conditioning. The code is optimized to reduce processor load and network traffic, and therefore the energy consumed. Operations follow: zero printing, business travel by electric vehicle and train only. We will publish our Carbon Footprint by 2027.
