Junyr brings together calendar sharing for each organization and self-hosted WebRTC meetings, with Private, Basic and Detailed levels and AI that suggests without deciding for you.
Calendar sharing and independent video meetings in Junyr
In short: Junyr brings together a full calendar, sharing levels for each organization and self-hosted WebRTC meetings. You stay in control of what colleagues can see, which AI event suggestions you accept and what a meeting retains as it continues.
Scheduling, invitations and meeting follow-up stay in the same European-hosted work environment. No account with a third-party scheduler or video provider is required.
One calendar across your organizations
Day, week and month views bring together events from every organization you belong to, with a color for each organization and a distinct personal source. The calendar also provides time-blocking, in-app and email reminders, meeting buffers, free-slot finding, focus protection and meeting-free days.
Each event remains bound to its real organization. Switching organization in Junyr does not merge permissions or turn a private event into a shared one.
Private, Basic or Detailed
For each organization, you now choose how much of your personally owned work calendar colleagues may see:
- Private: organization sharing does not show your events.
- Basic: colleagues see only that a time slot is occupied, as a neutral event with no title.
- Detailed: colleagues see approved coordination details such as the title, location, participants, recurrence and guest joining information when those fields exist. Your personal reminders and meeting preparation stay private.
The default is Private when you have not made a choice. An administrator can set a visible minimum for the organization. Your effective level is the more open of that minimum and your own choice. The minimum does not create new authority: organization membership, reader restrictions and job-role permissions still apply.
This setting does not replace other sharing paths. A direct event invitation and a Family grant have their own recipients and rules. Choosing Private does not cancel either one.
Book a slot without a third-party scheduler
A public booking page lets a client choose a slot from your real availability. Service booking links are reusable by default, with an option to make one single-use. They can prefill a client's email address and let the client choose between a video meeting and an on-site appointment when you enable that choice.
A confirmed booking blocks the slot, can create an independent video room and sends a standard .ics invitation. Edits advance the invitation sequence and cancellations send the matching notice.
Read and publish the iCalendar standard
Junyr reads .ics invitations received from Outlook, Teams or Gmail without asking an AI system to guess their content. The date, time, organizer and joining link come directly from the file. A METHOD:CANCEL notice finds the right event through its iCalendar identity.
You can also enable a private, revocable iCalendar feed to view your Junyr calendar from Apple Calendar or Outlook. The feed is read-only. It is not CalDAV synchronization and does not let an external tool write into Junyr. The organization's confidentiality level can reduce the feed to occupied slots or disable it.
Independent video meetings
Video uses self-hosted WebRTC. Guests join by magic link with nothing to install. Media flows peer to peer over an encrypted mesh for up to twelve participants, using Junyr's own WebSocket signaling. Background blur stays on the device, and capture consent is recorded for each participant over their bound channel.
A meeting includes chat, a participant list, host-only moderation, reactions, hand raising, a device check before joining and camera, microphone or speaker switching during the call. Video bitrate adapts to the size of the group.
One meeting-type control across the meeting
Both meeting follow-up panels now share one meeting-type control. Creation keeps its matching picker. The chosen type determines which categories matter to that meeting. Changing the type of an existing meeting asks the host to confirm first. Guests cannot change it, and the type cannot change once the meeting report is frozen.
When live AI features are enabled, they remain subject to the meeting setting, each participant's consent and the organization's confidentiality level. This release does not enable them automatically.
Cumulative memory for long meetings
A live summary works over a recent transcript window, but a meeting may run long enough for early decisions to leave that window. Cumulative memory now carries the previous summary, key points, next steps and concerns into later summaries. Those elements are sanitized again with the current agenda and transcript before any authorized processing.
If a visible document is attached during the meeting, the next scheduled summary update takes that document into account when live AI is enabled. The normal summary cadence does not change.
AI suggests, you decide
Reflexions can detect a time, place or organizer in an email and offer Add to calendar in the morning briefing and on the message itself. The suggestion creates nothing on its own. You accept it with one click or leave it alone.
The same rule applies to meetings. Junyr can structure a decision or action only when the corresponding features are enabled and authorized. Consent, confidentiality and the host's choices remain the gates.

FAQ
Does the calendar sync with Google Calendar or CalDAV?
No. Junyr reads and sends .ics invitations and offers a private read-only iCalendar feed for Apple Calendar or Outlook. An external calendar cannot write into Junyr through that feed.
What does a colleague see at Basic level?
The occupied time slot, without a title or private event detail. Detailed adds only the approved information needed for coordination.
Does Private cancel an invitation I already sent?
No. Organization sharing, direct invitations and Family grants are separate paths. Changing the calendar level neither creates nor revokes the other two.
Are the video meetings really independent?
Yes. Junyr uses a self-hosted WebRTC layer and its own signaling. Guests join by link without an account at a third-party video provider.
Does Junyr enable live analysis automatically?
No. It remains behind the existing settings, participant consent and the organization's confidentiality level.
